Shipping policy
Orders placed before 11:30 AM from Sunday to Thursday qualify for same-day delivery, while orders placed after 11:30 AM on Sunday to Wednesday or on Saturday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Thursday after 11:30 AM or any time on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Same day delivery may be suspended due to high order volumes or exceptional circumstances. In this case, orders will be delivered the next day after they are placed, except on Fridays, as we are closed on Friday. Any deviation from this policy will be promptly communicated to the customer.
We do not deliver on Fridays or certain national/public holidays, including Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, and Qatar National Day. Special delivery timings may apply during Ramadan & peak summer months as per government policy. Please check our website banners for any updates on holiday schedules.

Delivery charges are as follows:
- Within Doha: 10 QAR
- Outside Doha (e.g., Al Khor, Ruwais, etc.): Delivery fees vary based on distance. Contact us for exact rates.
