Shipping policy

All products will be delivered on the next day after the order is placed (excluding Friday). Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered on Saturday as environ is closed on Friday.  Special delivery timings should be communicated to us on our instagram (@environqa), whatsapp (+97466813900) or by email (info@environqa.com).

Delivery rates within Doha are 10 QAR and a higher delivery rate will be charged for areas such as Al Khor, Ruwais, etc. The charge will depend on the distance to the customer address.

Our driver will typically contact all customers before delivering the product via whatsapp or phone call.
